Information stored by the app
You can use SPC without an account. In anonymous/local mode, the values, saved calculations, folders, cycle information, reminders, dose history, and other entries you create are stored locally in the browser profile you use on that device and are not synchronized through an SPC account.
If you choose to create or use an SPC account, the account information needed to sign you in and the SPC records you choose to synchronize are sent to and securely stored by our managed backend so they can be restored and synchronized across your signed-in devices. SPC account sync is not end-to-end encrypted.
Browser data is separate between devices, browsers, private-browsing sessions, and some installed-app profiles. Clearing site data, resetting or removing a browser, or removing an installed web app may erase locally saved SPC data. Use Backup & Export regularly and keep the exported file somewhere secure.
Information we collect
In anonymous/local mode, the app does not send your saved calculations, schedule information, dose history, or imported backup contents to our account-sync backend. If you sign in and enable synchronization, the records described above are processed to provide storage, restoration, and cross-device sync. The app does not contain advertising and does not use your entries for advertising analytics or tracking.
Scheduled reminders
SPC Pro account holders can choose to enable scheduled reminders on a supported device. To deliver them, SPC stores a device-specific push subscription and uses the synchronized schedule, reminder preference, entry name, and saved timezone to determine when a reminder is due. The notification contains only “Scheduled reminder” and the approved entry name. It does not contain dose, syringe, concentration, diluent, cycle, note, email, or account details.
Push delivery uses the notification service operated by your browser or device provider. You can disable reminders from Account settings or your browser or device settings. Signing out attempts to revoke the current device subscription, and expired subscriptions are deactivated.
Backups and files
If you export a backup, you choose where that file is stored or shared. The privacy and security of the exported file depend on the service or location you select. Importing a backup reads and validates the selected file in your browser so the app can restore its contents on that device.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and message. We use it to respond to your request and maintain the app. Please do not send private health information.
SPC product updates
If you join the SPC updates list, we store your email address and any optional iPhone, Android, or Both preference you select. We use this information to send occasional updates about major SPC web, account sync, SPC Pro, and platform releases. Contacting support does not add you to this list.

Website information
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect this website, such as an IP address, browser type, and access logs. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
