Before you email
Include your device type, browser name and version, whether SPC is installed or open in a browser tab, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can also help, but remove any personal information first.
Calculation questions
The app calculates from the values you enter. It cannot confirm whether a peptide, dose, schedule, syringe, or treatment is appropriate for you. For medical or dosing guidance, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
Backup and restore
Open Backup & Export from Settings, then choose Export backup. Store the exported file somewhere you control. To restore it later, choose Choose backup, review the validated summary, and confirm the import.
Data deletion
Delete individual entries from the Library. Clearing this site’s browser data or removing an installed web app may erase its locally stored data on that device. Export a backup first if you may need the entries again.
