Free peptide calculator

Simple Peptide Calc (SPC) calculates concentration, liquid volume, U-100 syringe units and complete doses per vial from your entered vial amount, diluent and dose. It checks that the requested amount fits the vial and selected syringe. SPC does not recommend doses.

Concentration = vial mass ÷ liquid volume. Required volume = entered dose ÷ concentration. U-100 units = volume in mL × 100.

From vial amount to U-100 units

For an arithmetic example, 10 mg in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. An entered 0.5 mg amount occupies 0.1 mL, or 10 U-100 units, with 20 complete amounts available in the vial. These numbers illustrate the formula; they are not a dose or preparation recommendation.

Reconstitution math, without choosing your inputs

Often called a peptide reconstitution, mixing or dosage calculator, this tool uses the values you supply. It does not tell you how much diluent to add or what dose to take. If an entered amount exceeds the vial or selected syringe, SPC shows an invalid-calculation message instead of a clamped syringe result.
