U-100 syringe units to mL calculator

Convert liquid volume to U-100 syringe markings or convert those markings to mL. Check the result against your selected capacity.

Enter a volume or unit amount.

What does U-100 mean here?

A U-100 scale has 100 units per mL, so 10 units represents 0.1 mL. These markings measure volume on this scale, not milligrams of peptide. This tool is only for U-100 markings; do not apply it to a different scale.

U-100 units = mL × 100
mL = U-100 units ÷ 100

Capacity is a separate limit

30 units equals 0.3 mL on every U-100 scale. A 0.3 mL syringe cannot hold 50 units. SPC reports an over-capacity result instead of clamping it into a valid-looking syringe.

See the capacity reference chart. To start with vial amount and a user-entered dose instead, use the main calculator.

How many mL is 10 units?

On a U-100 syringe, 10 units is 0.1 mL. The same number of units on another scale may represent a different volume. Check the scale printed on your syringe.

How many mg are in 10 units?

There is no fixed answer without concentration. On U-100, 10 units is 0.1 mL: at 5 mg/mL that volume contains 0.5 mg, while at 10 mg/mL it contains 1 mg. These are arithmetic examples, not suggested amounts.

Start with the concentration calculator or use the full peptide calculator to connect vial amount, liquid volume and your entered dose. The mg versus mcg guide explains mass units.
